Shipping Policy
How it works
Your order is printed and shipped by Printful, a print-on-demand fulfillment company. We don't keep inventory. When you order, they make it. Then they ship it.
Processing Time
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days before they ship. This is just how print-on-demand works. It is not a bug.
Shipping Time
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
Where we ship.
We ship to the United States. International shipping is available to select countries at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or there's a fulfillment issue, reach out to us at orders@mildwest.net. We'll sort it out.
We don't control transit times once an order leaves the fulfillment center, but we'll do what we can.
